Foodstuffs
Greenlandic and Nordic food has now really entered the spotlight and is attracting the interest of consumers, most recently with the award of the title of "world's best restaurant" to the Nordic food restaurant NOMA in Copenhagen.
The Arctic Business Network Foodstuffs project group focuses on the development of high-quality Greenlandic food products for the benefit of consumers worldwide:
- meat from musk oxen
- slaughter of Greenland reindeer
- halibut catches
- distribution of fresh potatoes from South Greenland
- development of new products
- development of new processing methods
- marketing collaboration
Several members of Arctic Business Network have many years of experience with the food industry in Greenland.
Our focus is on collaboration with suppliers.
We focus on participation in product development, promotional activities, etc.
